Karate Lessons for children 6-11 years with Sensei Jones are held at the Alton Bay Community Center or Gilman Museum on Saturdays from 10:00am-11:00am. Karate includes technique, discipline,focus, and aids in creating a strong mind&body. Participants will progress by learning/demonstrating a series of moves to earn their belts.

All levels are welcome. Classes are $60 per month. Register at the class with the instructor. Drop in anytime.
