Proposal: To propose a lot line adjustment for Map 48 Lots 17, 18, & 20, with each parcel consisting of 0.20+ acres, and make them each a minimum of one (1) acre by adding land from Map 18 Lot 27, which is a 215+ acre parcel that surrounds these lots.
