On behalf of the applicants, Thomas W. Varney, PE, is proposing a second boat storage building that will be erected directly behind the first to conceal it from view. The proposed building will be 105' x 115' for a total of 12,000 s.f. No new driveways off Rt. 11 will be needed and electric and water service for the new building will be accessed from the existing building. This property is located in the Rural (RU) Zone.

2. P16-10 Map 49 Lot 7 and Map 38 Lot 22 Voluntary Lot Merger
CNA Holdings, Inc. Mount Major Highway
Owner, Andrew Kierstead is proposing a Voluntary Lot Merger of Map 49 Lot 7 and Map 38 Lot 22 if the Board grants approval of Final Major Site Plan P16-09, building of a second boat storage building. This property is located in the Rural (RU) Zone.

Conceptual Consultation

MATRAB Properties, LLC.
On behalf of the applicants, Bayside Concrete is requesting a Conceptual Consultation for a contractor equipment storage facility. The building would include office space and concrete equipment storage. This property is located in the Rural (RU) Zone.

W & W Inglewood Trust LLC 77 Main Street
On behalf of the applicants, Farmhouse Land Development, PLLC, is proposing a mixed use commercial site re-development project in two phases, in two new structures (phase I) and three new structures (phase II) to provide new retail service and restaurant space from 32,590 s. f. leasable space. This property is located in the Residential Commercial (RC) Zone.

4. P16-11 Map 26 Lot 11 Final Minor Site Plan
Golden Arch Limited Partnership 15 Homestead Place
On behalf of the applicants, John Kucich, of Bohler Engineering, is proposing to remodel and expand the existing McDonald’s building with drive-through. Minor changes will be made to the drive aisles and parking to accommodate the building expansion. The existing utility connections are to remain and be reused. New building elevations are proposed. This property is located in the Residential Commercial (RC) Zone.
