ALTON PLANNING BOARD SITE WALK

HILLTOP ESTATES

FINAL MAJOR SUBDIVISION

The Alton Planning Board will conduct a site walk of Hilltop Drive (Boulder Drive), Tax Map 12 Lot 17, off Wolfeboro Highway, D&Z Realty Trust, Richard E. & Gail A. MacDonald and Paul E. Beckett, Trustees. The site walk is for the Board to view the road construction prior to holding a public hearing to confirm compliance with the approved subdivision plan and to grant final approval of the road. (Please note acceptance of the road is a separate process handled by the Board of Selectmen.)

This property is located in the Residential Rural (RR) Zone.

The site walk will start onsite at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 8, 2018.
