1. P16-16 Map 9 Lot 1 Site Plan Design Review
Victor Perin Suncook Valley Road (Rt.28)
Benchmark Engineering, Inc., agent for Victor Perin is proposing to convert the existing 7,500 sq. ft. building into a multi-tenant self-storage facility. In addition, they are proposing to construct three additional self-storage buildings with a combined building area of 5,350 sq. ft. A 1,200 sq. ft. apartment for the property manager is also planned within the mezzanine of the existing building. This property is located in the Rural (RU) Zone.

2. P16-17 Map 29 Lot 55 Minor Site Plan
Julie St. Sauveur & Ryan Sell 186 Main Street
Randolph Tetreault, LLS, owner, Norway Plains Associates, Inc., agent for Julie St. Sauveur and Ryan Sell, has submitted a Minor Site Plan application for a proposed home business located at 186 Main Street. The proposed business is for a one-chair beauty salon, to be located entirely with the existing structure. The business will be conducted by appointment only, during normal business hours. This property is located in the Residential Commercial (RC) Zone.

3. P16-18 Map 15 Lot 9 Major Subdivision-Design Review
Sandra Hammond Old Wolfeboro Rd/Miramichie Hill
On behalf of the applicant, Kerry M. Fox, LLS, Fox Survey Company is proposing a 4 lot subdivision. The proposed lots will range from two acres up to five acres in size. Access to three of the lots is being proposed off Old Wolfeboro Road leaving only one lot to access from Miramichie Hill Road. This property is located in the Residential Rural (RR) Zone.

4. P16-19 Map 8 Lot 45 Site Plan Design Review
Right Field Development 166 Wolfeboro Highway
Steven J. Smith & Associates, Inc., agent for Right Field Development, LLC., is proposing to re-develop the former site of Aetna Pumps. The proposed re-development will include a new two-bay car washing facility consisting of approximately 2,436 s.f., with the remaining 6,510 s.f. being proposed for future retail space. This property is located in the Residential Commercial (RC) Zone.
