ALTON PLANNING BOARD SITE WALK

MAJOR SUBDIVISION DESIGN REVIEW

The Alton Planning Board will conduct a site walk of the proposal by Sandra Hammond(Owner), for a Major Subdivision Design Review application on property located at Old Wolfeboro Road and Miramichie Hill Road, Tax Map 15 Lot 9, Case #P16-18.

On behalf of the owner, Kerry Fox, LLS, Fox Survey Company is proposing a 4 lot subdivision. The proposed lots will range from two acres up to five acres in size. This property is located in the Residential Rural (RU) Zone.

The site walk will start onsite at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, June 27, 2016.
