2026 Revaluation Dashboard

The Town of Alton is working with Whitney Consulting Group, an assessment and revaluation company, to perform a revaluation of Alton pursuant to RSA 75a-8. A revaluation is performed to bring assessments in line with current (April 1, 2026) market values. For more information on the revaluation process and what you can expect please read here:
