Planning Board/ZBA Department Head Review Agenda Items:

Wetland Permit by Notification (PBN):
1) Wetlands PBN – Russell and Donna Richardson, 76 Rattlesnake Island M75 L45 – Repair/replace (4) damaged or dislodged fender pilings along the applications 11.5’ average shoreline frontage. Prior repair permit.
Expedited Minimum Impact Wetlands Application:
Standard Wetlands Dredge and Fill Applications:
1) Standard Wetlands Application – Jeff and Katherine Ford, 40 Treasure Island M74 L15 – Remove an existing 408.7 sf permanent dock and provide two 6’w x 30’ woodframe piling supported docks connected by a 4’x12’ walkway at shore to create a “U” shape dock, (2) tie off pilings providing a four way tie for the northwesterly slip and 14’x30’ seasonal canopy over the center boatslip. The 155.75’ of average shoreline frontage will support the three boatslips. Dock qualifies for permanent dock construction pursuant to Env-Wt. 513.04 (e)(1). The proposed dock will be accessed from a 4’x4’ landing at the top of the bank and set of stairs to the dock meeting Env-t. 611.01 (b)(1). The seasonal canopy is classified as a minimum impact per Env-Wt. 513.27 (a)(1). In addition, the addition of a small 270sf single family perched beach with 4’w stepped access to the lake bottom. A portion of the beach work is within the 10’ setback to property lines and/or the property line extensions and abutter permission is pending. The beach will meet Env.-Wt. 511.04.
2) Standard Weland Application – Town of Alton, Blueberry Lane ROW M10 L28 - This project is a stream restoration, tier 1 crossing installation and water access stabilization project. The Town of Alton is proposing to restore a Tier 1 stream, install a culverted crossing on a tier 1 stream, eliminate the diversion ditch, and stabilize a water access location on Hills Pond in Alton, NH.
3) Standard Wetlands Application – Scott Williams, Frank C Gilman Hwy M8 L3-2 – Project proposes the construction of a roadway for access to the gravel pit operations and future proposed condo development and storage facility off of NH Route 140. The roadway is requires to allow access to the proposed fire pond from the condo development. The roadway proposed a tier 1 stream crossing / wetland crossing of 1,776 sqft impact. The project also includes the restoration of the existing access to the gravel pit which currently crosses a residential lot. Restoration of 2,300 sqft of wetland is proposed. Once the proposed crossing is installed it will be the main entrance to the gravel operation.
Shoreland Permit Applications:
1) Shoreland Permit Application – Precision Crafted Homes LLC , 77 Riverlake Street M32 L31 – Plan is for restoration of the property to comply with NHDES letter of deficiency LRM-19-02117. Impervious surfaces are increased to account for a covered deck and front walkway. Unaltered area is to be replanted. Stormwater measures are to be installed. Excess fill to be removed.
