FULL-TIME SECRETARY, Building Department: The Town of Alton has a position for a full-time Secretary at the Town Hall, Building Office. Applicants must demonstrate a high degree of proficiency in all aspects of office work including computer skills and verbal communications; ability to handle the public with courtesy, must be trustworthy with confidential matters, experience with building codes is helpful. Duties and responsibilities may vary. A minimum of three years experience is preferred. Hours are Monday–Thursday, 40 hours per week.
