The Alton Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Committee will meet on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 6:00 pm to discuss recommended programs of municipal capital improvements over a six-year timeframe based on the input of the Town of Alton's Department Heads with the Planning Board.
