ALTON PLANNING BOARD SITE WALK
THE RESIDENCES AT SUGAR HILL - MAJOR SUBDIVISION
Thursday, April 3, 2025, at 10:00 AM

The Alton Planning Board will conduct a site walk of the proposed major subdivision development owned by The Lakes Hospitality Group, LLC, located at Tax Map 16 Lots 18 & 20, 00 Cherry Valley Road. This property is located in the Rural (RU) Zone. The site walk will take place on site at 10:00 AM on Thursday, April 3, 2025.

The site walk is for the Board and other interested parties to view the existing layout of the land prior to the Board making a final decision on the proposal.

The site walk is a public meeting, therefore, the public can attend. All questions from the public will not be answered by the Board at this meeting, but can be addressed at the Tuesday, April 15, 2025, Planning Board meeting during public input.
