ALTON PLANNING BOARD SITE WALK

RIDGE ROAD - CHESTNUT COVE SUBDIVISION

The Alton Planning Board will conduct a site walk of Ridge Road, Tax Map 15 Lot 15. This is being requested jointly by the property owners located on Ridge Road, on behalf of their agent, Tami Mousseau. This property is located in the Rural (RU) Zone. The site walk will start onsite at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 13, 2021.

The site walk is for the Board, Town Planner, Town Engineer, and DPW Director to view the road construction for the road prior to holding a public hearing to confirm compliance with the approved subdivision plan and to grant final approval of the road. (Please note acceptance of the road is a separate process handled by the Board of Selectmen.)
