The milfoil committee is seeking volunteers to join the committee in helping direct the town’s efforts in controlling milfoil in water bodies within the Town of Alton. The committee works closely with the NH Department of Environmental Services to identify milfoil infestations and determine the priorities for mitigation. The committee meets in person monthly from May to October and occasionally via Zoom during the remainder of the year.
