The Alton Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) will conduct a site walk to review the area of operation and the abutter’s properties for distances, and other criteria items related to the request.

A Special Exception to Article 400, Section 401 D. 17. of the Zoning Ordinance has been requested by John Goodrich and Lisa Nicastro to permit a Contractor’s Yard as defined in the Zoning Ordinance.

The site walk will start onsite at 239 Henry Wilson Highway/Route 11 S at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 21, 2021.

A Site Walk is considered a public meeting of the Zoning Board and is open to abutters and other members of the public. However it is not considered a Hearing, Board members may ask questions of the applicant or abutters, but no testimony by or questions from the public are allowed, and no decisions will be rendered by the Board.
