Taxpayers will...
* receive an email notification when tax bills are posted.
* still receive a printed bill.
* receive reminders if bill is outstanding before the due date.
* need to sign up for the service. This is NOT an automatic enrollment.
* agree to the terms in the agreement, that you want this service and you are the property owner.
